For all those who have ever looked at cosmetic packaging and thought, 'Pfft I could do that.'
This is a good competition for you to enter.

Kit, that wonderful little mecca (literally) of beauty fun is offering you the chance to design packaging for some limited edition products they're doing. Which, should you win, is a very excellent way for you to start shimmying your way into... whatever the name of the industry is that pertains to designing packaging. (Landscaping? Podiatry?)
As well as winning the luxury of having stuff you've created in shops and online, you also win ten hundred dollar bills and a thousand dollar Kit voucher so that you can buy things featuring packaging that are inferior to your totally amazing designs.

HI guys!
I tried contacting you via email, but hope this is a better medium?
Just read the post and wanted to let everyone know that one of our clients here at Zing PR, SunSilk, has just collaborated with three top Australian designers to produce a limited edition SunSilk range.
The packaging is great so if you're after some inspiration check out our Social Media Release:

I friggin love that 85% of the comments here are about the SVH blog. Maybe we're all beautyistas in part because we spent too much time reading SVH as teenage fruits! Am I the only one who sort of secretly longs to be 5'6", tanned with silky blonde hair and turquoise eyes the colour of the Pacific ocean?

Haha podiatry,
I was all ready to do it & then I realised you have to be currently enrolled ina design course.

Now all I need is a blog dedicated to R.L Stine books and I'm set. And maybe choose your own adventure.

Um. Nice. Work. Fruity.
What was a post about some competition, has totally stirred my love of SVH (and Sleepover Friends and BSC and Nothing's Fair in 5th Grade).
Genius.

I AM a twin and both my sister and I fancied ourselves as Jessica Wakefield (when in reality we were far more Enid Rollins-like)! Will definitely be putting these misty water coloured memories to use when designing my super-fabulous KIT packaging! Do you remember the time Jessica Wakefield sat in a bath of cold water just to get her jeans zipped up (she knew that wet denim had more stretch) - a visionary fruit!

I'm not going to lie to you, I nearly wet myself at 'I loved SVH's comment.
Ain't that a kick in the teeth?

I just wasted half an hour on that blog. How funny. I so wanted to be Jessica when I was a teenager. Now I can see her for the loose skank she really is.

Holy Blue-Eyed-Twins, Batman!! I was only just talking about Jessica Wakefield to someone the other day.
I may or may not have joined a Sweet Valley High online forum.
Oh, and awesome thing about the Kit packaging too, very cool.
