Oh, DVT, aka Heather Renée Sweet, (already such a rad name, and perfect for burlesque, why would you swap it?), you sure do some pretty face paint...

And fruits, as she's coming to Straya in mere weeks, (and we shall call her Dita Von Straya for this duration) days even, for M.A.C and RAFW, I just wanted to remind you of her excellence in the make-up and hair department, so that you might feel inspired to, you know, up your liner levels, or play with some falsies, or even slip on a kohl beauty spot this weekend for a larf. (I had a friend who used to - and probably still does - morph any "focus pimple" (read: large or unsightly) on her otherwise good-skinned face into a beauty mole  by covering it in browny-black eyeliner before setting out for the day/evening. Genius.)

I chose the pic above because it's a non red-lip-DVT moment, which is what we usually see from her, but still so beautiful, and polished and OH, it just makes me want to go re-do my make-up immediately.

And she does all her own makeup, which makes me even more thumbs-upy towards her.
Makes you like her more, doesn't it, knowing that.

DVT is not only wicked at liner application, she's a charitable lass. And you can be too, just by buying a hot lipstick (please buy hot pink or almost-fluoro orange - lush) from M.A.C.

That was nice technique on how to make pimples more significant on the face. I have to try this too.

I have tried that before and I think it only works if the area around the pipmle is not too red (that does not happen very often with pimples, does it?)
Otherwise it just looks like you have something very unhealthy growing on your face.....
